How to make it

  • Combine mango, cranberries, juice, vinegar, onion, sugar, ginger and cinnamon in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in dates; cook 10 minutes more or until slightly thickened. Serve warm or at room temperature with roasted turkey, chicken or baked ham.
