Ingredients
  • -1/2 cups chopped Mango or Papaya
  • 1 cup Fresh Cranberries
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/3 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup Chopped Dates

Directions
  1. Combine mango, cranberries, juice, vinegar, onion, sugar, ginger and cinnamon in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Stir in dates; cook 10 minutes more or until slightly thickened. Serve warm or at room temperature with roasted turkey, chicken or baked ham.
