Ingredients

-1/2 cups chopped Mango or Papaya

1 cup Fresh Cranberries

1/2 cup orange juice

1/3 cup cider vinegar

1/4 cup finely chopped onion

3 tablespoons packed brown sugar

1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 cup Chopped Dates

Directions

Combine mango, cranberries, juice, vinegar, onion, sugar, ginger and cinnamon in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Stir in dates; cook 10 minutes more or until slightly thickened. Serve warm or at room temperature with roasted turkey, chicken or baked ham.
