Skillet Macaroni And Beef Recipe Herby / All my dishes

The wife's recipe and it is very good, tasty and filling. Our grandkids love it.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground beef ,lean
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 1 clove garlic chopped
  • 1/2 lb macaroni cooked
  • 1 can cream of tomato soup undiluted
  • 1 tsp Italian spice
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Cook onion in some oil till soft.
  2. Add garlic and ground beef,
  3. Cook and stir till beef is no longer red
  4. Drain off fat if needed.
  5. Stir in tomato soup and Italian spice till well mixed.
  6. Stir in hot cooked macaroni.
  7. Season to taste
