How to make it
- wash and cut red skin potatoes into uniform pieces for even cooking.
- place in pot of cold water and bring up to boil.
- boil until fork ternder.
- drain potatoes and place in bowl for mixing.
- mix potatoes til mashed (with mixer).
- add butter, cream cheese, salt and pepper.
- mix together with mixer til creamed to your liking.
