Ingredients
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • vegetable oil
  • chilli powder
  • ground beef
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1 can beans (your choice; black, mixed, etc)
  • splash of vinegar
  • 2 spring onions
  • lettuce leaves
  • grated cheese
  • 10 taco shells

Directions
  1. In a pan sauté chopped onion & garlic in oil.
  2. Add chilli powder and cook in.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until brown.
  4. Add the can of tomatoes and beans. Reduce.
  5. Add a splash of vinegar.
  6. Slide the lettuce leaf into each taco shell to catch any drippings, then add the taco sauce.
  7. Top with cheese and finely cut spring onions.
