This is a great meal to come home to, the smell is so good. My husband likes the gravy over mashed potatoes and served with a salad and homemade bread.

Ingredients
  • 8 lean pork chops
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 Tablespoon salt
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 2 Tablespoons oil
  • 1 can chicken with rice soup

Directions
  1. Dredge pork chops in mixture of flour, salt, dry mustard, and garlic.
  2. Brown in skillet with oil.
  3. Put chops in crockpot.
  4. Put soup and mushrooms in crockpot.
  5. Cover and cook on low 6 hours. Or high for 3 hours
