How to make it

  • Dredge pork chops in mixture of flour, salt, dry mustard, and garlic.
  • Brown in skillet with oil.
  • Put chops in crockpot.
  • Put soup and mushrooms in crockpot.
  • Cover and cook on low 6 hours. Or high for 3 hours
