Tomato Salad

- 2 cups fresh tomatoes diced shopping list
- 1 small can sliced olives drained shopping list
- 1/2 small red onion finely chopped shopping list
- 3/4 cup marinated artichoke hearts rinsed and chopped shopping list
- 8 medium mushrooms diced shopping list
- balsamic vinegar dressing as needed to cover shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients in a glass bowl then cover with plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate overnight for best flavor.
