English Pea Casseole

- 1 cup celery, finely chopped shopping list
- 1 cup onion, finely chopped shopping list
- 1 stick butter, plus a little more for bread crumbs shopping list
- 2 cups drained English peas shopping list
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts shopping list
- 1 can Cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup shopping list
- 1 small jar diced pimientos shopping list
- bread crumbs shopping list
How to make it
- Saute celery and onion in butter for 5 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients, except bread crumbs, and place in casserole.
- Cover with bread crumbs and dot with butter.
- Bake until bubbly, about 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
