How to make it

  • In food processor or blender, puree tomatoes briefly.
  • In saucepan combine pureed tomatoes with bay leaf, cinnamon, oregano, and beef broth.
  • Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  • Reduce heat to medium low and simmer 5 minutes.
