Easy Chimichanga Sauce

- 15 ounce can stewed tomatoes shopping list
- 1 bay leaf shopping list
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano shopping list
- 1/2 cup canned beef broth shopping list
How to make it
- In food processor or blender, puree tomatoes briefly.
- In saucepan combine pureed tomatoes with bay leaf, cinnamon, oregano, and beef broth.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Reduce heat to medium low and simmer 5 minutes.
