Sweet potatoe souffle

This is a nice twist to sweet poatoes. Perfect for Thanksgiving. My family absolutely loves it
Ingredients
- potatoe mixture shopping list
- 3 cups mashed sweet potatoes (fresh peeled cooked or canned will work) shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 2 eggs slightly beaten shopping list
- 3 tabs margarine melted shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla shopping list
- topping shopping list
- 3 tabs margarine melted shopping list
- 1 cup packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1/3 cup flour shopping list
- 1 cup chopped pecans shopping list
How to make it
- preheat oven 350 degrees
- combine all ipotatoe ngredients
- spoon in greased baking dish
- in seperate bowl mix all topping ingredients together
- top potatoe mixture with topping mixture
- bake 350 degrees for 35 min.
