HOT APPLE CIDER This is a recipe I obtained from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Calderon Estate in Mesquite, Texas in 1998.

Ingredients
  • 1 gallon cider
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 8 whole cloves
  • 4 whole allspice
  • 1/2 lemon sliced
  • 1/4 cup honey

Directions
  1. Add spices, lemon and honey to cider then simmer 10 minutes.
