Tired of plain old waffles? Do you love French toast, but don't like the hassle? Then try this it combines the ease of waffles with the taste of French toast!

Ingredients
  • 1 cup pancake/waffle mix
  • 2 teaspoons white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup cold milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions
  1. Preheat waffle iron.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine waffle mix, sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Stir in milk, eggs and vanilla extract.
  4. Spray preheated waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray.
  5. Pour mix onto hot waffle iron.
  6. Cook until golden brown.
  7. Serve hot.
