Banana Chocolate Protein Shake Recipe
This is a great morning breakfast shake. You can make the shake with unfrozen bananas, but then you have to add ice cubes and the shake isn't as smooth.

Ingredients
  • 2 bananas, frozen
  • 2 cups chocolate milk, Silk brand soy milk preferred
  • 1 cup soy protein, Naturade brand, Vanilla flavor

Directions
  1. Preferably you have already frozen the bananas. If not, cut the ripe bananas into 1/2 inch pieces and freeze overnight.
  2. Add all of the ingredients to a powerful blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy.
