Deviled Short Ribs

- 2 Tbs. oil shopping list
- 4 pounds beef short ribs shopping list
- 2 medium onions, sliced ( I like to use Vidalias) shopping list
- 1 Tbs. dry mustard shopping list
- 1 Tbs. worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 tsp. curry powder shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper (cayenne) shopping list
- 3/4 cup water shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oil in Dutch oven until hot. Add ribs and cook over medium heat until brown on all sides; drain oil. Add onions and cook over medium low heat taking care to not let them brown. While the onions are cooking, whisk the remaining ingredients together except for the water. After ingredients are mixed together, stir in water and pour sauce over beef. Cover and cook in 350 degree oven until tender, about 2 hours.
