Deviled Short Ribs Recipe
Just slightly spicy. The meat is so tender it falls off the bone!

Ingredients
  • 2 Tbs. oil
  • 4 pounds beef short ribs
  • 2 medium onions, sliced ( I like to use Vidalias)
  • 1 Tbs. dry mustard
  • 1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp. curry powder
  • 1/4 tsp. red pepper (cayenne)
  • 3/4 cup water

Directions
  1. Heat oil in Dutch oven until hot. Add ribs and cook over medium heat until brown on all sides; drain oil. Add onions and cook over medium low heat taking care to not let them brown. While the onions are cooking, whisk the remaining ingredients together except for the water. After ingredients are mixed together, stir in water and pour sauce over beef. Cover and cook in 350 degree oven until tender, about 2 hours.
