How to make it

  • Large bowl...sift together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
  • Make a well in the center and pur in the milk, egg and melted butter.
  • Mix till smooth
  • Heat a lightly oiled griddle or fry pan over medium high heat.
  • Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approx. 1/4 cup for each pancake
  • Brown on both sides, serve hot
  • Serve with butter, warm syrup or fruit topping
