How to make it

  • 1 8-inch-square baking pan.
  • Preheat the oven to 350*F.
  • Grease the baking pan.
  • Melt the butter and chocolate in a microwave or in a bowl over hot water and allow to cool slightly.
  • Add the beaten eggs, followed by the sugar and flour.
  • Mix quickly but gently, then incorporate the hazelnuts.
  • Pour into the baking pan and bake for about 30 minutes.
  • It should be crisp on top and soft inside.
  • Allow to cool slightly before turning out and cutting into squares.
  • Serve while still warm with vanilla icecream and whipped cream.
