Raisin Bread Pudding

- 2 slices dry few days old white bread cut into small pieces shopping list
- 1/4 cup raisins shopping list
- 3 large eggs shopping list
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon shopping list
- 2 cups milk shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Lightly grease six custard cups or ramekins.
- Divide bread among the 6 cups and sprinkle with raisins.
- Beat eggs slightly with a whisk or fork.
- Add sugar, cinnamon, milk and vanilla extract and stir until blended.
- Ladle over bread in cups then place filled cups in baking pan.
- Add hot water to pan to come 1/2" up sides of cups.
- Bake 40 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
- Remove custards from water bath and place on rack to cool.
- Serve warm or chilled.
