Chunky Fish Fingers Recipe

Ingredients
  • skinless haddock fillets cut into chunks
  • 2tbsp polenta
  • 1 beaten egg

Directions
  1. pre-heat the oven to gas mark 5, 190 degrees
  2. dip the fish chunks first in the polenta, then into the egg and then into the polenta again.
  3. Once you have dipped all of the fish chunks place on a baking tray and cook for 15-20 mins until golden brown
