chunky Fish Fingers

- skinless haddock fillets cut into chunks shopping list
- 2tbsp polenta shopping list
- 1 beaten egg shopping list
How to make it
- pre-heat the oven to gas mark 5, 190 degrees
- dip the fish chunks first in the polenta, then into the egg and then into the polenta again.
- Once you have dipped all of the fish chunks place on a baking tray and cook for 15-20 mins until golden brown
