How to make it

  • pre-heat the oven to gas mark 5, 190 degrees
  • dip the fish chunks first in the polenta, then into the egg and then into the polenta again.
  • Once you have dipped all of the fish chunks place on a baking tray and cook for 15-20 mins until golden brown
