This is amazingly good. Another one from my catering partner and friend. This is a highly requested recipe of his. Enjoy.

Ingredients
  • 16 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 medium tomato chopped fine
  • 1 medium white onion chopped fine
  • 1 jalapeno pepper chopped fine
  • 1 cloves garlic put through a press
  • 2 cups cooked and peeled shrimp cut up

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients except shrimp in a double boiler until softened.
  2. Add shrimp and chill at least 8 hours.
  3. Heat in chafing dish and serve with chips for dipping.
