How to make it
- Soften gelatin in cold water then dissolve over hot water.
- Place berries, sugar, salt, egg white and lemon juice in large bowl of mixer.
- Whip until mixture holds a peak then whip in gelatin mixture and pile in pastry shell.
- Garnish with whipped cream and berries then chill thoroughly.
