Greatness in this little delightful recipe. This one comes from a co-worker who often surprises us with these little delights and there are never any left. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 1 package brownie mix
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2/3 cup oil
  • 2 eggs

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Mix brownie mix, flour, baking soda, and baking powder then stir to blend.
  3. In separate bowl beat milk, oil and eggs together.
  4. Make well in brownie flour mixture then pour in liquid mixture and stir until just blended.
  5. Spoon into paper lined muffin tins and bake 30 minutes.
