Ingredients

1 cup self rising flour *(if using regular flour, add 2 teaspoons baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt)

1 cup milk

1 cup sugar

1 cup fruit (2 Cups preferred)..apples maybe?

1 stick margarine

dash of cinnamon

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

Melt margarine in Pyrex baking dish.

Mix flour and sugar together; add milk

Pour milk mixture into melted butter, then add fruit.

Bake at 350 until golden brown
