How to make it

  • In a large pot, cook rhubarb over medium-high heat until soft and somewhat mushy.
  • Strain, reserving all liquid.
  • Add sugar, orange juice, lemon juice, and pineapple juice.
  • Now add 6 qt. ice water.
  • Serve with mint leaves for garnish.
  • ** If you know enough a head of time that you will be making this tasty drink, freeze the mint leaves into your ice cubes to give it more punch!**
  • Enjoy!
