This yummy fruit cooler will brighten up any backyard bbq this summer! I hope you all enjoy it! ;D

Ingredients
  • 6 lbs. fresh rhubarb
  • 2 qt. water
  • 6 qt. ice water
  • 4 C. sugar
  • 2 C. frozen orange juice
  • 2 C. frozen lemon juice
  • 2 C. pineapple juice
  • Mint leaves

Directions
  1. In a large pot, cook rhubarb over medium-high heat until soft and somewhat mushy.
  2. Strain, reserving all liquid.
  3. Add sugar, orange juice, lemon juice, and pineapple juice.
  4. Now add 6 qt. ice water.
  5. Serve with mint leaves for garnish.
  6. ** If you know enough a head of time that you will be making this tasty drink, freeze the mint leaves into your ice cubes to give it more punch!**
  7. Enjoy!
