Rib Eye Steaks with Chipotle-chive Butter

- 4 (12 oz.) boneless rib eye steaks cut 1" thick shopping list
- 5 T Tabasco brand Chipotle pepper sauce, divided shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- 4 T butter, softened shopping list
- 1 T chopped fresh chives shopping list
How to make it
- Rub each steak on both sides with 1 tablespoon chipotle sauce and salt; cover and refrigerate at least one hour. Combine butter, chives adn remaining 1 tablespoon chipotle sauce; mix well and chill.
- Place steaks on a broiler pan 3" to 4" from heat and broil 4 to 5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Serve immediately and top with Chipotle-Chive butter and, if desired, additional chipotle sauce.
