Ingredients
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup wheat germ
  • 1 lb. raw beef liver

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Put liver in food processor and liquefy. (To use a blender, cut the liver into cubes and add one-quarter pound at a time.).
  3. Add dry ingredients to liver and mix well.
  4. On a greased cookie sheet, drup 1 tsp. of mixture and flatten with the bottom of a glass dipped in corn meal.
  5. Bake at 350 F for 15 to 20 minutes. These treats must be stored in an air-tight container in the fridge.
