Grandma Grace's caramel icing for white cake.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp. cream
  • 3 tbsp. butter

Directions
  1. Melt first 3 ingredients and bring to a boil. Sift 1 cup icing sugar. Whisk icing sugar into melted mixture. Add some vanilla.
