Ingredients
  • 1 medium size milkfish
  • 1 head garlic - pounded
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • a pinch of pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • oil for frying

Directions
  1. Wash fish do not remove scales then cut lengthwise starting from the nape down to tail. remove all the internal part. wash. set aside.
  2. in a separate bowl, mixed all the ingredients except for oil and fish.
  3. reserved 2 tablespoon of the mixture for the dippings.
  4. then marinate the fish with the mixture for 30 minutes.
  5. deep fry until golden brown.
  6. serve with the reserved dippings.
  7. (optional: serve with your favorite salsa)
