How to make it

  • In a heavy skillet or eclectric fry pan (set at 350 degrees), saute onions in oleo til soft and golden.
  • Wipe fish with a cloth and cut into serving size pieces. Sprinkle with lemon juice and Lawrey's salt.
  • Arrange fish on top of onion. Cover with tomato slices and pour white wine over all. Cover and cook for about 20 minutes or til fish flakes. Sprinkle with parsley or dill, pepper and a little more Lawrey's.
