Disneys Butterscotch candy

this a easy candy to make ..from Le Cellier Steakhouse, Disneys Epcot
Ingredients
- 1/4 pound butterscotch chips shopping list
- 1/4 pound white chocolate chips shopping list
- 2 fluid ounces heavy cream shopping list
How to make it
- Melt white chocolate & butterscotch chips in a microwave. 1 min. to start then 10 seconds at a time until smooth.
- Heat cream just to boiling. Add to chocolate & chips. Mix well.
- Place in a small baking dish lined with plastic wrap.
- Cool and cut into cubes about 1 ounces each.
