this a easy candy to make ..from Le Cellier Steakhouse, Disneys Epcot

Ingredients
  • 1/4 pound butterscotch chips
  • 1/4 pound white chocolate chips
  • 2 fluid ounces heavy cream

Directions
  1. Melt white chocolate & butterscotch chips in a microwave. 1 min. to start then 10 seconds at a time until smooth.
  2. Heat cream just to boiling. Add to chocolate & chips. Mix well.
  3. Place in a small baking dish lined with plastic wrap.
  4. Cool and cut into cubes about 1 ounces each.
