Ground Cherry Pie

- 2-1/2 cups ground cherries shopping list
- 1/2 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1 tablespoon flour shopping list
- 1 tablespoon minute tapioca shopping list
- 3 tablespoons water shopping list
- 2 tablespoons butter shopping list
- 1 pie crust shopping list
How to make it
- Wash ground cherries and place in unbaked pie shell.
- Mix sugar, flour and tapioca then sprinkle over cherries then dribble water over top.
- Dot with butter then cover with top crust and seal edges.
- Bake 15 minutes at 400 then reduce temperature to 375 and bake 30 minutes.
