Cream Cheese Delight Recipe
This is fantastic. It comes from my co-woker Sara who brings this often to potlucks. We can never get enough of it. Creamy, Decadent, refreshing and cheesy, my favorite. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces frozen whipped topping thawed
  • 1 large chocolate instant pudding

Directions
  1. In a rectangular baking dish mix margarine, flour and 3/4 cup pecans.
  2. Press down in bottom to make crust then bake at 400 for 20 minutes then cool completely.
  3. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and whipping topping in bowl then spread on cooled crust.
  4. Mix pudding as directed for pie then spread on top of cream cheese layer.
  5. Top with remaining whipped topping and sprinkle with remaining nuts.
  6. Let chill at least one hour before serving.
