The REAL baked potato soup smoked

- 5 large idahos shopping list
- 1 pound of smoked sharp cheddar shopping list
- 12 oz of smoked bacon shopping list
- 12 oz half/half shopping list
- 1 bunch of green onions shopping list
- 8 oz mozzarella shopping list
- add spices that fit your desire shopping list
- add whole milk to adjust consistancy shopping list
How to make it
- scope the potatoes and set aside
- cook the bacon and crumble and set aside
- cut up the onions and saute
- grate the cheese
- start with low heat in a large heavy pan add the potatoes and the half/half add the whole milk until the consistency is to your liking
- add in the rest of the ingredients saving some of each to garnish the top if you like ...... just for looks,
- dont forget to add spices if you like such as garlic, salt, onion powder,
- the 8 oz mozzarella makes for an adventure omit it if you don't like adventure.
- KEYS: watch the consistency, the milk and cheese will play games with you, this is a true soup rather than a gravy. and is fully adjustable.
