How to make it

  • Base:
  • • Crumble cookies and mix in margarine. Put into bottom of a 9 x 9” pan.
  • Filling:
  • • Heat together cream & marshmallows until melted, do not boil.
  • • Let cool
  • • Add Crème de menthe. Cool until cold
  • • Add whipped cream. Fold in and pour over base.
  • • Refrigerate overnight
Base   Close
Melted Marshmallows   Close
Creme De Menthe   Close
Chilled   Close
Serve   Close
