Rhubarb Pie

- 75 g cold butter shopping list
- 125 g flour shopping list
- 25 g sugar shopping list
- 1 pinch of salt shopping list
- 3 tablespoon cold water shopping list
- 250 g rhubarb shopping list
- 2 tablespoon corn starch shopping list
- 3 tablespoon elderberry syrup shopping list
- 25 g chopped almonds shopping list
- 1 tablespoon milk shopping list
- 1 tablespoon powder sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Slice butter, add flour, sugar salt, after add the cold water and mix it to a dough.
- Put it in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Cut in half and roll out each. Put peeled and sliced rhubarb that is mixed with corn starch, syrup in the middle and cover it with the rest of the dough. Sprinkle almonds on top. Brush dough with milk and sprinkle with some sugar. Bake for 30 minutes on 180°C
