this meal goes great with green beans/red potatoes.also my husband loves my grannys fried potatoes with this

Ingredients
  • 2lbs. hamburger
  • 2lg. onions
  • minced garlic
  • salt pepper to taste

Directions
  1. med. chop onoins
  2. make 2 patties with hamburger for each serving
  3. place onions in middle of one patty ,
  4. season with garlic
  5. and place patty on top of patty with onions work edges of patties together
  6. place in hot skillet
  7. cook to desired taste
