Oatmeal Raisin Bread

OATMEAL RAISIN BREAD This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Roark Estate in Grand Prairie, Texas in 1984.
Ingredients
- 1-1/4 cups water shopping list
- 1/4 cup dry milk shopping list
- 2 tablespoons honey shopping list
- 1 tablespoon butter shopping list
- 1-1/2 teaspoons salt shopping list
- 3 cups bread flour shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups old fashioned rolled oats shopping list
- 1/2 cup raisins shopping list
How to make it
- Place all ingredients except oats and raisins in machine.
- Program basic cycle and crust setting then press start.
- Add oats and raisin at beep.
- Remove from pan then cool on rack.
