OATMEAL RAISIN BREAD This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Roark Estate in Grand Prairie, Texas in 1984.

Ingredients
  • 1-1/4 cups water
  • 1/4 cup dry milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1-1/2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Directions
  1. Place all ingredients except oats and raisins in machine.
  2. Program basic cycle and crust setting then press start.
  3. Add oats and raisin at beep.
  4. Remove from pan then cool on rack.
