Ingredients
  • 6 lbs boneless chuck ( could be pork ) cut into pieces
  • 2 stalks celery chopped
  • 2 large onions chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper chopped
  • 1 medium bottle of ketsup
  • 3 tbs favorite barbecue sauce
  • 3 tbs vinegar
  • 3 tbs sugar
  • 1 tbs hot sauce
  • 1 tbs chili powder
  • 1 tbs salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Directions
  1. Place cut up meat in a large oven roaster pan.
  2. Combine remainders and well.
  3. Pour over meat in pan.
  4. Cook in slow oven ( 250F ) for 6 hours or until fork tender.
  5. When meat is tender, shred with 2 forks.
  6. Serve over hamburger buns
