How to make it

  • Cut small pieces of beef and put them in a bowl with salad vinegar, chilly, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cover bowl and set aside for 40 minutes.
  • Make a dough using water and flour. Make the dough hard enough so that you can make it into a thin plate.
  • Cup potatoes and egg plant into thin peaces. lay them in a pan and add butter to them so that they do not dry. Lay the dough on top to keep all possible moisture with the potatoes and egg plant. Cook in oven for 50 minutes.
  • Take fresh tomatoes and peal of the pealing and start to boil them. add water to make it in to a souse.
  • When the tomatoes are soft and all broken add spinach and pepper. Then add Oregano, Time, and Rosemary. Let the sauce simmer until it smells good then add salt to make the flavors come out.
  • Cut the onion's and jalapeños and fry them in a frying pan.
  • Pore the beef into a frying pan and add the fried onions and jalapeños. Cook until meat turns brown.
  • Put the potatoes and eggplant on a plate and pour some of the tomato sauce on top ,add some cottage cheese on top, and eat with beef strips.
  • If you put some away in the fridge make sure all of the dishes stay separate so that the flavors do not mix.
