How to make it

  • Fry the tomatoes, potaotes and onions in the olive oil until done.
  • I like my potatoes slightly brown with a bit of a crunch.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serves between 6-10 depending on serving size.

    I have always wanted to try fried green tomatoes. And I'm from the south, but we never had them. Sounds good.
