How to make it

  • Combine apple juice, plums, honey and sachet in a medium size soup pot. Simmer until plums are tender then discard sachet.
  • Puree soup in blender until soup is smooth.
  • Stir in lemon juice and chill.
  • Serve in chilled soup bowl with a dollip of creme fraiche and almond slivers.
