A wonderful combination of flavors especially for chicken salad. The champagne vinegar really adds nice flavor as do the herbs

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup real mayonaisse
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 Tbs fresh chopped dill
  • 2 Tbs fresh chopped parsley
  • Honey mustard to taste to sweeten
  • Champagne vinegar to taste, start with a few teaspoons
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Simply combine all to make a dressing.
  2. Great for fruited chicken salads ( containing grapes and nuts )
  3. Adjust quantities accordingly to increase the quantity of your dressing
