How to make it

  • Start by dicing the veggies and then put in container and microwave for about a minute to get em tender...
  • Crack the eggs in another bowl and add the salt, pepper, milk, parsley and wisk well...
  • After the veggies cooled down add them to eggs and the margarine and half the cheese
  • Spray a little cooking spray in the dish and add the egg mixture
  • Place dish on the lower rack of the oven on a cookie sheet in a 325 degree oven for about 60-70 minutes
  • 20 minutes prior to doneness add the remaining cheese on top....
  • After that let it cool for a second then indulge into the greatest no crust, no guilt ,healty treat you will love.
