The No Treadmill Required Quiche

- 8 eggs- I used Jumbo doesn't matter... shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1 tsp. black pepper shopping list
- 1 handful of mushrooms shopping list
- 1/2 green or red pepper shopping list
- 1/4 cup of onion shopping list
- 1 cup milk- I use 2% shopping list
- 3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar or American cheese shopping list
- 1 tbsp. of margarine shopping list
- dash of parsley shopping list
- 1 square or round like 9x9 or close too, pyrex glass dish worked good for me and didn't stick at all.... shopping list
How to make it
- Start by dicing the veggies and then put in container and microwave for about a minute to get em tender...
- Crack the eggs in another bowl and add the salt, pepper, milk, parsley and wisk well...
- After the veggies cooled down add them to eggs and the margarine and half the cheese
- Spray a little cooking spray in the dish and add the egg mixture
- Place dish on the lower rack of the oven on a cookie sheet in a 325 degree oven for about 60-70 minutes
- 20 minutes prior to doneness add the remaining cheese on top....
- After that let it cool for a second then indulge into the greatest no crust, no guilt ,healty treat you will love.
