I love artichoke dip, and this is one of my favorites.

Ingredients
  • 1 small can artichoke hearts - drained well
  • 8oz. jumbo crab meat
  • 3/4 cup mayonaise
  • 1 tbsp. old bay seasoning
  • 1tbsp. dijon mustard
  • dash of tabasco or xtra dashes depending how spicy u like it
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • baquette slices

Directions
  1. Preheat oven 350
  2. Chop artichoke hearts finely
  3. Combine in a bowl Mayonaise, old bay seasoning, dijon mustard, tabasco, salt, pepper mix well
  4. add cheddar cheese, mix in artichoke hearts
  5. fold in crab meat
  6. Place on a baking dish
  7. Sprinkle with Parmessan Cheese
  8. Place in oven for 25 min

Alterations


Suggest omitting salt in step 3 as the Old Bay Seasoning adds a good level of salt automatically). Also kind of early to salt for taste ...

Serve with ripe avocado slices.
