	crab artichoke mayo dijon parmesan

Ingredients

1 small can artichoke hearts - drained well

8oz. jumbo crab meat

3/4 cup mayonaise

1 tbsp. old bay seasoning

1tbsp. dijon mustard

dash of tabasco or xtra dashes depending how spicy u like it

1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

salt and pepper to taste

baquette slices

Directions

Preheat oven 350

Chop artichoke hearts finely

Combine in a bowl Mayonaise, old bay seasoning, dijon mustard, tabasco, salt, pepper mix well

add cheddar cheese, mix in artichoke hearts

fold in crab meat

Place on a baking dish

Sprinkle with Parmessan Cheese

Place in oven for 25 min
