This is a very nice fudge. I got this from a church member several years ago. She was known for making literally hundreds of pounds of these at the holidays and handed it out to the homeless.

Ingredients
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 4 cups sifted powdered sugar
  • 4 squares bakers unsweetened chocolate melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions
  1. Beat cream cheese until smooth then gradually add sugar beating until well blended.
  2. Add chocolate, vanilla and salt then stir well.
  3. Stir in marshmallows and nuts then spread in greased square dish.
  4. Chill before cutting.
