- 1 big cauliflower - cut into small florets shopping list
- 3tbsp cornflour shopping list
- 1 small capsicum - cut into thin strips shopping list
- 1 onion - cut into thin strips shopping list
- 1 tsp - chilli pwd shopping list
- 1 tsp - tomato sauce , chilli sauce , dark soy sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Soak the florets in hot salted water for 5 mins .
- Drain and add the cornflour , salt and chilli pwd .
- Fold in properly and deep fry till golden brown .
- Set aside .
- Saute onions and capsicum for 2 to 3 mins .
- Set aside .
- Add all the sauces in oil and return to fire .
- Toss in the florets and saute for 2 mins .
- Add the onions and the peppers and remove from fire .
