How to make it

  • Soak the florets in hot salted water for 5 mins .
  • Drain and add the cornflour , salt and chilli pwd .
  • Fold in properly and deep fry till golden brown .
  • Set aside .
  • Saute onions and capsicum for 2 to 3 mins .
  • Set aside .
  • Add all the sauces in oil and return to fire .
  • Toss in the florets and saute for 2 mins .
  • Add the onions and the peppers and remove from fire .
