- sushi grade tuna shopping list
- fresh salmon shopping list
- freshly shucked oysters shopping list
- grated horseradish shopping list
- seafood cocktail sauce shopping list
- lemon shopping list
- pickled ginger shopping list
- wasabi paste shopping list
- saltine crackers shopping list
- absolute peppar vodka shopping list
How to make it
- put 1teaspoon cocktail sauce in each of three tall shot glasses
- drop slice of tuna in one glass, slice of salmon in another, and shucked oyster in last glass
- top each with 1/2 teaspoon grated horseradish
- squeeze a small lemon wedge over each glass, let just the jucie go into glass
- top each glass with peppar vokka
- serve with a dallop of pickled ginger and wasabi paste with some saltine crackers
- bottoms up!

I think just a touch of the cocktail sauce would be enough and I'll skip the ginger but the rest is a for sure starter. Grazie. RJ
