sushi and alcohol, is there any better way to start a good seafood dinner?

Ingredients
  • sushi grade tuna
  • fresh salmon
  • freshly shucked oysters
  • grated horseradish
  • seafood cocktail sauce
  • lemon
  • pickled ginger
  • wasabi paste
  • saltine crackers
  • absolute peppar vodka

Directions
  1. put 1teaspoon cocktail sauce in each of three tall shot glasses
  2. drop slice of tuna in one glass, slice of salmon in another, and shucked oyster in last glass
  3. top each with 1/2 teaspoon grated horseradish
  4. squeeze a small lemon wedge over each glass, let just the jucie go into glass
  5. top each glass with peppar vokka
  6. serve with a dallop of pickled ginger and wasabi paste with some saltine crackers
  7. bottoms up!
