How to make it

  • put 1teaspoon cocktail sauce in each of three tall shot glasses
  • drop slice of tuna in one glass, slice of salmon in another, and shucked oyster in last glass
  • top each with 1/2 teaspoon grated horseradish
  • squeeze a small lemon wedge over each glass, let just the jucie go into glass
  • top each glass with peppar vokka
  • serve with a dallop of pickled ginger and wasabi paste with some saltine crackers
  • bottoms up!
