How to make it

  • Heat the oil in a small to medium sized pan.
  • Let the salmon cook on low heat for several minutes.
  • Add diced veggies and continue to stir, as salmon cooks.
  • After about 5 minutes, flip the fish and add the spices.
  • Turn the heat down so the veggies and fish can simmer and take in the flavor of the spices.
  • Optional- cut up the fish so it cooks through faster, and mix together with a wooden spoon.
  • After the veggies/salmon are cooked, serve and enjoy!
