Fish with Cornbread Stuffing

- 1/2 cup chopped white onion shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped celery shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter shopping list
- 2 cups cornbread stuffing mix shopping list
- 1/4 cup snipped parsley shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon ground sage shopping list
- 1 egg slightly beaten shopping list
- 4 fish steaks shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 1 teaspoon paprika shopping list
How to make it
- Cook and stir onions and celery in butter over medium heat until tender then remove from heat.
- Stir in cornbread stuffing mix, parsley, salt, pepper, ground sage and egg.
- Place fish steaks in greased jelly roll pan and sprinkle with salt, lemon juice and paprika.
- Spoon stuffing around fish steaks then cook uncovered at 350 for 40 minutes.
