How to make it

  • Cook and stir onions and celery in butter over medium heat until tender then remove from heat.
  • Stir in cornbread stuffing mix, parsley, salt, pepper, ground sage and egg.
  • Place fish steaks in greased jelly roll pan and sprinkle with salt, lemon juice and paprika.
  • Spoon stuffing around fish steaks then cook uncovered at 350 for 40 minutes.
