Carrot Dip

- 1/2 of an 8 oz carton dairy sour cream shopping list
- 14 oze cream cheese,softened shopping list
- 1/4 cup mayo or salad dreassing shopping list
- 2 tsp soy sauce shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp prepared horse raddish(optional) shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp black pepper shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups finely shredded carrits shopping list
- 1/3 cup chopped green onions shopping list
- Dippers such as flat breads,crackers,tortilla,chips,celery sticks,sweet pepper strips,jicama sticks,and or zucchini sticks shopping list
How to make it
- In med mixing bowl beat togethert sour cream,cream cheese,mayo,soy saucehorseraddish(if using)salt and pepper.
- with and electric mixer until smooth.
- stri in shredded carrets and green oinions until combined.
- Cover and chill for 4 to 24 hours
- Do not prepare more than 24 hours in advanceor the dip will become too thin.
- Keep dip chilled while transporting.( if you are making to take to someone elses house)
- stir the dip before serveing with dippers.makes 2 cups
