Ingredients

1 cup pancake batter mix (Aunt Jemima is my favorite)

3/4 cup milk

1 egg

1 Tbsp vegetable oil

1 banana, thinly slice

Whipped cream, syrup, butter (all optional & to taste)

Directions

Make pancakes according to directions on package.

Layer pancakes with banana slices (I like to butter each pancake before adding banana slices). I use 3 pancakes and 2 layers of bananas. Top with whipped cream, syrup, or topping of your choice.

Simple & delicious.
