1 Egg Pear Upside Down Cake

- brown sugar shopping list
- 1 can of pears shopping list
- 1 3/4 cup sifted cake flour shopping list
- 2 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter or margerine(4 tbsp) shopping list
- 3/4 cup sugar(12 tbsp) shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 2/3 cup milk(11 tbsp) shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- in a square or pyrex cake pan sprinkle generously with the brown sugar.
- place the pears on top of it. set side
- lightly spoon the flour into your measures
- pour flour ad bakng powder in sieve over medium/small bowl.set aside.
- cream butter or margerine in a medium bowl
- gradually add sugar; beat until light and fluffy.
- add 1 egg and mix in until smooth.
- alternately mix in the milk and flour mixture starting and ending with flour.
- after its all combined, pour into the pan and bake for 30-40 minutes or until it tests done.
